Today Morning Views

I have been at my village home site since the last couple of days. My home is not yet ready and the work is going on. I made a short visit here to see the progress of the home and to also coordinate with all the teams. Now that the structure is ready, I have to start working on the plumbing, electricals, tiling, doors, windows and all the other fixtures. It's going to be step by step. There is lot of work to do and too many people to deal with. I have not appointed any Interior designer as I wanted to keep my cost low. I have decided to do it all by myself the way I want. I am taking expert advice from professionals on how to do it in the best possible manner, but dealing with each and every team is my sole responsibility.

It becomes too much at times, since dealing with labors can be a difficult task at times. I am already down with a sore throat after the last 2 days continuous interaction with them. I am not much of a talker and since last 2 days all I have been doing is talking so it has taken a toll on my throat. Yet, it feels good and satisfying seeing the results of all my work. Slowly gradually the place is coming up, and with the amount of work to be done, it's going to take 6 to 8 months more to finish.

Today morning I went for a stroll in the village. The weather is so pleasant right now here, there is cool breeze even during the day time. I just love this vibe; I cannot wait to get the work completed and I can start living here.

Let me share the pictures of my morning stroll around the village. I am sure you will feel the vibe from the pictures. I feel blessed to have found a place like this which is so peaceful and serene.

In this area majorly there are rice fields

Now that the rainy season is over, the mountains have lesser greens. The grass has all dried up.

You will see there are scattered houses at a good distance from each other, but there is one area where there are too many homes all built up nearby each other.

The breeze is swaying the fields and it looks so nice to watch them. It feels like they are dancing

There are people working in the rice fields. I took a picture of them from the terrace.

I do not feel like coming back to the city. This is place is so quiet and peaceful and I feel so close to nature here. City life feels very chaotic. All I see is tall buildings, heavy traffic jams and pollution. But till the time it is ready I have to wait.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

Being an architect myself, I know how difficult and tiering the coordination gets on site during execution. Specially towards the end when the project is at its finishing stage, everything which you have imagined or seen on paper has taken a shape and getting into reality. It does get on your nerves also at times but the feeling of coming close to closure, that thrill and excitement of completion will cover it all up. Eventually, when we are involved so much with the projects they become our babies and each progress and minutest details gives us the pleasure of accomplishment and satisfaction.
