Quick lunch
This is really easy yet yummy and kinda of healty lunch.
- pasta, you can get integral
- carrots
- mini tomatos
- butter
- red onion (my fav, I put it in everything? 😂
How do I make it!
- Heat up the oven
- Put the butter
- red onion on melted butter and carrots
- Medium heat is on while it’s doing the magic
- put the cooked pasta with salt and glince of the olive oil
- Mix it at bring the tomatos just so can they realice the juice but not became to soft and thats about it. I do love sesionings so I put chilli, black pepper and hmm I ate in the second. Super simple yet tasty😊
