Smoked Mince Recipe
INGREDIENTS;
Beef Mince--1 kg || Kachri powder--2 tbs
Corinader powder--2 tsp ||Whole spice powder--3 tsp || Ginger garlic paste--2 tbs || Cumin (roasted)-- 2tbs || Black cardamom--6 (crushed) || Salt--1 tsp ||Turmeric powder-- 1/2 tsp || Black salt--1 tsp || Red chili powder--3tsp || Ghee--3-4 tbs || Water--1cup or as required || Yogurt--half cup || Coal--1 piece
PREPARATION;
1--In food chopper,add beef qeema,kachri powder,coriander powder,whole spice powder,,cumin(roasted),black cardamom(crushed),salt,turmeric powder,black salt and red chili powder and blend until well combined,take out and marinate for overnight or 4-5 hours.
2--Take out and marinate for overnight or 4-5 hours. 3--Heat Oil in a pot add beef qeema mixture and mix it. 4--Add water and mix it, cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 mins until oil separates. Now add yogurt,mix and cook for 5 minutes. 5--Give a coal smoke for 4-5 minutes. 6--Garnish with onion slices and lemon
