Getting proper sleep on a regular basis is good for your health

Assalamu Alaikum. Today's post will be about my sleep. Every human being needs sleep to stay healthy. People get many problems if they do not get proper sleep. A healthy person should get six to eight hours of normal sleep. When people sleep, they are free from tension. As a result, the human brain works better. Sleep brings peace of mind. Everyone should get the right amount of sleep. Without proper sleep, the human brain becomes weak, hair falls out, heart disease occurs and so on.
