Coming up with concepts, ideas, or insights is the process of ideation. It is the mental act that enables us to build theories about people we haven't seen in person, understand others, and make sense of the world. This forces a layperson to infer thoughtful knowledge concerning others from a distance. These preconceived assumptions are typically not entirely true. These are relatively long-winded expectations based on subtleties or carefully chosen cues.

It's interesting to note that ideas can emerge even when we don't physically meet individuals. At least not in the modern society where we live in, when being connected remotely is the norm. The virtual environment gives brainstorming a new perspective. Social imprints are now inferred from minor clues about our underlying personalities. Because of the extraordinary power of the human imagination, idealistic profiling is revealed as a result of this.

As digital natives, we frequently leave digital footprints that reveal complex aspects of who we are. Online evaluations and social media profiles are essential for ideation, despite the fact that they are not always trustworthy. We can discover information about people's interests, occupations, values, and hobbies from these insights. Sometimes, though, those are the smallest signs we can pick up on. But they are adequate to summarize accurate information about others.

Ideas allow impressions to develop into widely held ideas in society. When this occurs, it usually stems from a long-term observation that appears to be an objective fact. People who wear glasses are excellent instances for this concept. Someone in this category is more likely to be perceived as geeky by the typical person. The main point of this conversation is not whether or not something is true. Rather, this provides an insight into how society or conventional beliefs are reinforced by individualistic viewpoints.

Imagination and Empathy Ideation is an essential skill set that follows empathy. Putting yourself in other people's shoes is essential for effective profiling. This helps us see things as they would, closing the gap between being physically apart from someone and feeling a connection with them emotionally. Empathy makes it possible to manage business-customer connections optimally in the corporate sector. When addressing the concerns of clients, a customer representative uses empathy. In certain cases, this prompts the appropriate responses and solutions to issues that might otherwise be difficult to handle.

In summary, ideation is an intriguing part of human cognition. It goes beyond simply knowing other people; it is a fundamental component of human ingenuity and creativity. It also forms the basis for other ideas like problem-solving, critical thinking, intuition, and mind mapping. Ideation, when done well, should foster a deep human-to-human bond.
