I find the PRE FAB industry interesting and you can even buy modern pre fab houses from Home Depot's website but I have so many questions about these to be honest.
Like could you slap this on top of an existing slab? Or do you have to build a foundation? Also how do you hook it up to a septic system? Will this pass code in various states and countries?
In some respects these seem expensive for what they are. I go back and forth on that. There are so many houses that are vacant in the midwest it seems like it would be cheaper to start with those as a base and then do modern upgrades.
That being said is it easier to go with one of these setups if you bought some unimproved land in some remote part of West Virginia or Northern Michigan?
What do you guys think of these?
Nice.
Canadian eh ! Expensive though … I think I’d rather live in a log cabin.
$ 36,000 Canada 🇨🇦
The cabins are really nice. $36,000 is a deal for sure.
I think they look like greenhouses and why would anyone want to live in a glass box?
You can look out the windows and watch wolves and mountain lions walk past.
It's a lot of glass for sure
