During the month of Ramadan, the sleep schedule often gets disrupted because we have to wake up around 4:30 AM for sehri (pre-ramadan meal), then perform prayers, and often end up sleeping around 1 or 2 AM. In my opinion, on average, a person who perform Ramadan fasts might only get around 4 or 5 hours of sleep at most.
