If you have heard bad things about Hive I expect a lot of is it exaggerated or just untrue. It's full of great, friendly people who want to make the world a better place. I have been to two of the previous events before the 'big fork' plus lots of UK meetups and two virtual Hivefests. Guess what? Downvotes are not the main topic of conversation. We have much more important things to talk about.
