I stumbled onto something really cool today, PoshToken https://peakd.com/@poshtoken. Now this is a really cool idea on Hive, one which I hope that Blurt can have as well. Check out this comment: https://peakd.com/hive/@poshtoken/re-hiveio-hive-hardfork-25-is-on-the-way-hive-to-reach-equil21177.
The tweet is right there and its easy to see and for Hivers to interact with. They can hit like just there without having to go hunting for it, meaning that the tweet can then get more interaction and that leads to some free promotion.
This is all another ad campaign for Hive, which is being done by every single Hiver who decides to make a tweet. Now normally there's no benefit to unless it drives traffic to the user's Hive account, they get someone to sign up, buy Hive and vote for their post. That's too many steps for someone to do. Now they can get rewarded for just making the tweet.
But now read this:
The rewards earned on this comment will go directly to the person sharing the post on Twitter as long as they are registered with @poshtoken.
Free rewards for the person who tweeted it. There's an incentive now. It's an ad campaign paid for by votes. Is that not a smart idea? Doing something similar on Blurt should lead to a productive result with more tweets. We know how much people are willing to do for a few low value tokens.
I know that the Blurt team is busy(they got blut.blog back up, which is amazing, great job everyone involved on that), but this might be something worth looking into in the future.
You can tweet all your Blurt posts with #blurtlove tag and get upvotes on those posts from @blurtlove ….
Thats really cool, we need more of this going on by more users. Twitter is a great way to share things.
