Dtube is basically a video sharing platform like youtube built over Avalon blockhain and gives rewards when you vote content . You need to hold DTC tokens that generates power over time. So the more you have power and more you vote, you earn back DTC.
For simple upload you can just upload on YouTube first and then share the same link as 3rs party to Dtube.
The only key is to buy back more DTC and let your power grow. With around 17 cents, one should buy 1000 DTC and vote atleast twice a week to earn tokens
