The Galapagos Islands’ highest volcano, aptly named Wolf, is emitting lava and spewing ash for the first time since it erupted in 2015, according to Ecuador’s Geophysical Institute. Despite the ash clouds it's sending over the Pacific Ocean, the nearest populated areas are not reported to be in any immediate danger from its ferocity.
