I have been looking around to see how Dube rewards work. All the video shows how much DTC the dtube coin they earn but the creator doesn’t get it all. Some of it goes to the people who like the videos. If you are interested in finding out exactly how much DTC you will get. You have to click on the right corner of the video under the people who voted for you. Right on the DTC you earn. This will take you to another page called Votes & Rewards and there you can see how much everyone earned.
As you can see in the video Macron Spent 4.7M VP or Voting Power when he liked the video, from that he earned 43.52 DTC and Leduc the creator earned maybe like 20 DTC with his video but from Macron he got like 8 DTC or something. You can Also tip the creator once you click on the like button you can change it from 25% to 50% that way both earn 50%. Exnihilo.witness spent 120 K. VP and he only got like .02 DTC and Leduc got a few more from his vote.
If you want to redeemed you rewards you have to click - My Channel then click - Rewards
Votes can be claimed after 7 days. After a vote is claimed, it cannot earn curation rewards anymore. You can also see how much you will get from every video or comment you post, it varies. You never know how much you are going to get.
If you want to learn more on how the rewards work? You have to click on the creator page then click - About then click on the - Block Explorer
First you find the video you are looking for then you click on it. There you can also see how much VP they spent, what tags they used and how much APR and payout they got on their content.
I think that the VP gets multiplied by the APR and somehow you get the payout. Not really sure how it works but if you want to look more into it there are more details in that page.
So we go back to - My Channel to claim our rewards than you click on - Claimable:
Click the red claim boxes, you wait a little bit and get the green confirmation on the top right corner.

I find that I earn much more from my comments than I do with my videos. So I just do comments now and earn about 1 DTC per day.
What really? That's good to know I have to test it out. You can also click on the minutes next to your name and check on the comments see how much you and what every one else earn too. I think the creator earns DTC from comments too.
I set my voting power to .1 % and earn almost .75 DTC from every comment. … on,y when I comment after 11:00 pm eastern standard time though ….
