Hello, I am sharing with you things that I have learnt being a tour guide that help in explaining something. It's to structure the explanation in a way that's easy to follow or understand.
Using guiding questions: What, Why, How to structure information would make it easier to explain something and also easy to understand.
These question not just help with presenting information, but also to enrich my explanation. There are more details I can dig by asking questions to a topic.
These questions are usually enough, because a lot of the time there are not a lot of time in explaining something especially when I am on the site (visiting places of interest).
But then, there is nothing wrong by asking Who, and Where or When when it is possible to do so or is needed.
For writing post, for generating ideas, these questions serves like a tool to expand that ideas and to structure the content in an easy way to follow or understand.
