yeah for me it's all about next gen power generation. nice piece of land and the cost of solar panels now is really quite cheap (if ya can get them) plus a friend of mine has a hookup for ex-mod military ex-submarine batteries! imagine fulling ya cars from sunshine and stored power banks! i'd never have to stop at a service station again and end up buying crisps and crap! :)
