As we prepare to open a new bar and restaurant space at the beach resort I manage in Ghana we are preparing to release a new menu also. As part of this our chef each Friday prepares some of the dishes so that the staff can try them and the chef can tell the staff what is is the food and about any food allergies. It turns out to be pretty fun when done this way and everyone gets to sweet their mouth some.
