          Elohim is a more generic term for deity and is used to refer to gods in general, as well as to the God of Israel. It is a plural form, but when referring to the God of Israel, it is often used with singular verbs. (quoting gpt4 here :)) )

          I mean this is all opinion based but I see Elohim as source and all that is that is in everything and Y as the god of our particular world who created the earth who could even be an alien etc

          Personally I think our good is still trapped in duality hence separates himself from the devil but the Elohim is all that is and beyond duality
