First time I was participating in any religious festival. Actually today is great Indian festival Mahashivratri and on the occasion of Mahashivratri place to place there be charity to feed the people. There was a crowd in front of the temple since morning and people were praising God with prayers. Also people play a drama in which lord Shiva go with a procession to marry Mother Parvati. People associated with the community and the village actively participate in this program. It is like a mythological saga in which people from the groom's side and the bride's side are involved together. A distance of 1 kilometer is fixed for the wedding ceremony where people along with the groom go to pick up the bride. Really it was a fun including in religious cultural program
