As time has gone on and there has been so much money printing and borrowing from nothing it actually made more sense to just get tons of loans on stuff and have it in your youth vs trying to truly own something and have equity. It gives you more breathing room long term but in these Western countries like the United States the average age difference for people getting married in the US is 2.2 years. So while you can be an outlier the premise of relationships where there is a 10 or 15 year age gap is more and more rare. So you have to present these resources at an early age if you are trying to get with the premier set of women who are 18-25. Couple that with the fact that so many women who are in that age demographic don't want to have kids and have been told weird stuff like there is over population and by not having kids they are helping correct the problem. What a joke. You really have to bust out they bling when you are mid to late 20's to really catch those premiere women at this point. It isn't easy for anyone to get them even if it is a guy the same age or a son of a billionaire who is 10 years older. Especially this day in age. All women think they are a celebrity even if they have 137 followers on Instagram. Timing is a factor when leveraging out and a lot of guys have torched themselves trying to build a house of cards but today it is more important to get their fast because this whole premise how you are going to build and empire and be "successful" and suddenly some hottie is going to fall in your lap doesn't really happen unless you are the upper 0.000015% of men. Think Leonardo DiCaprio type guys and even at this point his look starts to fall apart enough that suddenly it could be harder for him to have his pick as well as he could when he was 25 or 30.
It becomes a double edge sword because you don't want to lead with your wallet because you need to preserve capital to continue on and the guys with the most game were broke at some point. Remember that you have to be 10 Times what your grandfather was to compete for women who are 10 Times worse than your grandmother. Most guys will give up all together.
