Civil War In 1-5 Years? 🇺🇸 (Response To WhatIfAltHist)

I found some of the podcasts with WhatifAltHist describing his prediction that we will have a civil war in the United States in the next 1 to 5 years. I thought he made a lot of good points and is very good at showing the similarities between previous revolutions and civil wars and our situation and today.

WhatifAltHist Civil War Prediction -

Our currency has been badly devalued but personally I feel like this can go on for another couple decades before the situation gets so bad that we can't work ourselves out of the debt situation. If someone got in there and cut back on spending and we papered over the situation for a bit longer that will likely perpetuate us out another couple of decades until the birthrate situation gets to a point where it will completely crush us economically. Also it will take more time for other currencies to full take over as the world reserve currency because there will be certain reasons why various parts of the world won't want to use BRICs or other currencies.

At the end of the day I think people will have other options to GeoMaxxxx within the United States and going to other places. There is a lot more information online about that and it isn't going to make sense to stick around to be fighting when you could just leave and be on a beach in Bali or Thailand vs fighting over the election situation or some other type of thing. I see a lot of WhatIfAltHist's arguments a double edge sword. They might be similar to past resolutions but the fact that people don't have family and are upset about the situation here doesn't necessarily mean they will start fighting or be willing to join a military force that will fire upon other soldiers in our country. It just wouldn't be worth it and it would be easier to just leave and not engage for most people. I'm sure there will be some squirmishes in the cities but nothing to a point where you have states breaking away and states joining together to form a new country.

Ultimately I feel like it would have to get REALLY BAD here for a full scale civil war to breakout and we have been through way worse in the 60's and 70's with the civil rights movement and the Vietnam War. Even in those times a civil war didn't happen. So in my opinion it would have to get way worse than that.
