5 X 1 Rep 225lb Cleans

I build base power with squats, deadlift, bench and other variations of slow moving lifts. Then I use that power to be more explosive with stuff like cleans and snatch and jerks. Ultimately I transfer that power into being more explosive jumping, throwing medballs which then I ultimately translate into throwing and hitting. It is a long process and I have always been natty so I can just being insane at everything all at once and have paper thin skin year around to have a shredded look. I need more weight on me to get insanely powerful to then translate that into a better power to weight ratio in the end.
