Today, Sunday I am augmenting my end of the week by saying a final farewell to stretch. I will deal with and deal with my best. Get myself set up for a new week and let the crap of the past week go. Sunday is the ideal day for this.
Life moves fast constantly. In a real sense, constantly. A portion of that I have some control over. Some of it I can't. In any case, we have some control over how we respond to it. I'm trying to slow my roll before entering to another week. Get myself coordinated and focused.
How about we do Sunday right. Focus around what we have some control over, look around for ways of bringing more harmony into it, and cut off anybody who mistreats us or limits us.
I hope y'all are spending the day fantastic and wish you all a blissful one.
