Not leaving Las Vegas in the Hunter S Thompson kinda way, more in the Tape Face kinda way. We had the chance to catch his mime comedy show on our last night here and it was pretty funny. Very interactive, charming, and surprisingly intimate being only 8 feet from the stage.
The shopping here is as over the top as you can imagine if you haven’t been. I am not one for logos and brands defining my persona except maybe for my car. There are plenty of wild cars here enough to make you feel you are in GTA.
Anyhow, every brand and overpriced trinket is at your finger tips in these palatial shopping malls. Bring your chequebook!
My 15000+ steps? Visiting a docen casinos on the strip from Harrahs to The Venetian, The mirage to the Linq. I put down a few hundred at the blackjack table and walked away with enough extra to buy lunch…which is not as cheap as I recall from my last trip here!
Of COURSE there was beer. One of the best things about Vegas is walking around anywhere with a beer is not only normal, but encouraged. Happy to comply, I found a CVS, Walgreens, or a pimpfilled discount liquor store willing to sell me a huge pint for a reasonable price not available at the casinos. (Not the good kinda #pimp like @enginewitty either!)
All in all it was a fun trip with plenty of steps to share the adventure on @actifit!
