I took advantage of the non-rainy weather to get some steps in. While it was in the 90s a couple weeks ago, a cold front moved in and the high has been hovering in the mid-50s.
I wandered out to walk along the lake and came across a large shipping vessel unloading a bunch of rocks at the local storage yard.
About halfway through my walk I stumbled across a family of ducks. I think they scared me more than I scared them when they suddenly appeared from beside the dock I was walking on! They were quite vocal and did not appear to appreciate my presence so I quickly retreated!
There wasn’t a Pokémon event and I didn’t catch anything notable, nor a single shiny Pokémon. I even noticed that someone must have been following me around and immediately dethroning me from all the Pokegyms I took over along my route! Oh well. Better luck next time I hope!
