My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2022

Hi this is sumit, I have started focusing on my healgh and i have started evening walk around our home town. i have started jogging at my free time day before yesterday.

Everyday i walk around 3 km. It is town and there is no any park nearby so i walk on padesterian path.

I was gaining weight and cholestrol level was little bit higher on test so i have decided to take care of my health properly by consuming healthy natural foods and through fitness excercises.

In morning i do yoga for peaceful relaxing mind and in day time i have long hours of work(job). So in the evening i decided to do physical excercises. I am really feeling very good. On first day i felt pain on my legs as i was not used to it but now i am feeling comfortable and slowly i have reached upto 3 km and it takes me 25 minutes to reach to the destination.

Actifit is really a motivational app which encouage people to become healthy and maintain their fitness.
