I finally am back on track with my morning walks. Having been busy with work, visiting family, and dad daycare duties, I've let my exercise routine slip. However, with a new month in full view, I dragged myself out of bed and got a morning hike in.
Using Strava, I documented my hike. All told, I made it 1.87 miles with an elevation gain of 451 feet. It took a solid 38 minutes, but hey, I'm out of shape! With luck, I'll improve as the week progresses.
