My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2022

With the holiday Monday out of the way, it was time to sleep in a bit and recharge for long dull Monday. Needless to say, I did nothing for exercise. Between work and Hattie duty, it was a very long day indeed. Still, I managed to get a decent night of sleep in and started up the bluff walking exercise this morning. Between that and the Ms. Mabel walks, I did very welland cleared my 10k goal for the day.

For lunch, I had a salami, lettuce, tomato and pesto sandwich. To side with that, some hummus and veggies. Dinner was easy enough too; we made a bean and ham soup in our crockpot with Easter holiday leftovers. My stomach needed it today...way too much food (and beer, :( ), this past weekend. I definitely will need to keep up the new hike schedule this week for recovery purposes.

Three things I was thankful for today:

  • Being able to sneak out work early thanks to a MIA boss and office manager/office spy (yeah, you know what I mean)
  • Being able to enjoy a leftover meal with our Easter ham
  • Flying the drone around our backyard with my family

What's that you say? I drone? Oh yes, I'll have photography lovers post soon...right now I'm trying to get my comfort level up before heading out for some photographing. I have always wanted to get posts up using a drone camera. I can't wait.
