Lately I was not very active, other than normal daily activities.
Today, I decided to put an end to my laziness and went for a nice 50 minute walk. After getting back home, I also did a few exercizes like push ups and crunches.
I plan to do this at least 4 times a week.
The photo is from the weekend, I will still write a post on that.
