Missing the beach

The smell of salty water and the soothing sounds of the ocean combined with the blue sky and sparkling lights to create one of my favorite beach experiences. A really nice area where I can meditate. My secure retreat was my own own secluded beach. A beautiful sense of peace unwinds me away from all the turmoil, traffic, harried life, and residents that scurry around like a chicken with their head chopped off. When I am not continuously reminded of the pressures of the surroundings and my employment, my mind and body are at ease.
