My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2022

Yesterday was a relatively normal day in terms of my daily routine. I exercised for about an hour after dinner, and then took a short walk around the block afterwards. It was really nice out and the weather is finally starting to change! I enjoyed walking around and taking in all of the sights and sounds of my little neighborhood. It's been so quiet lately, which makes it feel like everything is going to slow down for awhile.

I saw some dogs running off their leases in the park playing around. It made me think about how much we take our dogs for granted and how short their lives are. Dogs only live around 10-12 years, so I think it's important to appreciate them while they're here.

Another thing that I noticed yesterday was that my energy levels seemed to be higher than usual. This may have been due to the fact that I exercised and took a short walk after dinner, or it could just be something temporary. However, I'm going to continue this trend and see what happens! I'm curious to see if my energy levels will stay elevated or if they'll eventually drop back to normal.
