Had an early wake up as I was anticipating a busy day for the weekend work pending. However, since it was starting later than the weekdays, I took advantage and went for a jog outside while the sun was still beginning to rise to avoid the heat.
Completed a 5K and this time without any bad signs for my body during or after. Had a cold shower to get me ready for the workday ahead. The early start got me well ahead of my daily goal so the rest came almost naturally during the day.
