I was happy to get the chance for a short gym session after lunch as some meetings moved and made the space. Since tomorrow will be a challenge, I decided to get some weight lifting in despite having some soreness due to my workout earlier in the week.
The pacing throughout the day was a challenge given the schedule being pretty full but I pushed in the evening around the house to get to my daily goal in order to maintain a trend. It is still is tough to get back on track but I am on the path.
