Up There - My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2022

Pushed myself for a more intense session today but unsure of it was a good idea as it was at the hottest moment of the day. Got on the treadmill for a jog at my normal pace and despite a good start I started to struggle in the back half. I felt my heart rate up there at the limit so had a quick and slow cooldown after.

The amount of sweat afterwards was so much that I had a long shower to continue to cooldown my body as I had the same feeling for the second weekend in a row. I will need to monitor but think it could also be my inconsistent diet at the moment.
