Still recovering from yesterday’s push and also seeing the family not feeling so well so I took it easy today. Decided to have a late start and a good meal before getting ob the treadmill for a long walk to put on a sweat.
A little concerned with how the body is reacting so trying to pace slowly. With a busy week ahead, this may be a time of some delays instead of progress. In the end, it is a long journey so remaining focused and on track is the priority.
