Went outside for a jog around the new neighborhood for the first time this morning. The idea was to jog to explore the area for routes for an extended time. The weather did not seem to hot so I was confident with the approach.
Unfortunately, it seems that my body was not ready for it as I began to struggle on the way back. Since I was half way to a 5K, I decided to complete one but struggled severely. My pace was pretty bad given some stops needed to cross busy streets. Straight to the shower for a cold one but almost did not make it out as I got some dizziness to deal with. Have some work to do to improve!
