Got up a little earlier to have my coffee and get on the treadmill for an intense session in preparation for another long day as another month and quarter comes to an end. Half way through the year and so much to still do!
Took the time for a half hour jog at a good pace with a cooldown. It got me well ahead for the day so I was able to focus on work and other chores still pending. The weekend looks just as busy so carving out time to get back on track for fitness and health is a smart move.
