Got an early start today after catching up on some much needed sleep and rest. Jet lag has definitely impacted my mind and body and given my continued busy schedule, it will not get better any time soon. I decided to get on the treadmill for a long walk after my morning coffee.
I had to make an extra effort as the day progressed as I had work to get done in front of my computer. Adding the constant meetings, it wad tough to continue pacing and getting the legs going. It was until the evening that I was able to get the rest of my activity to get to my faily goal once again.
