Rebound Continues - My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2022

I continued the rebound today as I started early after my coffee as I went to the gym for some upper body weight training. Gym was surprisingly full so increased weights with lower reps to shoft between machines.

The long walk back was good as I got some good fresh air and reflected a bit goven how busy things are at the moment. The weekend slowdown has got me time to rest but I really need to use some of it to catch up on more endeavors as I continue to strive for more.

Question: Does Actifit connect automatically to Blurt or are you creating a blog post and adding your workout info from Actifit?

I'm about to begin easing my way into fitness so I've connected Strava to Exhaust to Hive, but didn't know if Actifit makes the same type of connection to Blurt.
