Another long days was in the books as my first meeting started within minutes of waking up and a dinner event had me return to bed late. However, I was able to head to the gym before lunch for a good workout for the upper body where I added some extra weights.
I felt the ache as I walked back but was relatively good shortly after my lunch. Had more than enough activity given the long day so a good day in terms of the daily goal. More to come!
