The weather is back to normal as it got a bit hot today as I went for a walk before lunch. Halfway through I was sweating which was ok given the push to do a bit more going into the weekend. I really wanted to get to the gym today but timing did not work out.
I had to pace quite a bit during the day despite the outside walk as it continues to be busy at work. At least it is Friday as I need some time off even though there may be some work to get done during the weekend. However, the focus will be some catch up to be done on the fitness side.
