Di setiap instansi, perusahaan maupun organisasi selalu ada bidang Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) yang bertugas membina hubungan dengan para stakeholder baik secara internal maupun external.
Namun demikian, walaupun bidang humas sudah ditentukan oleh semua instansi, para karyawan tidak lantas lepas dari usaha untuk menjaga serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan para stakeholder karena secara tidak langsung para karyawan menjadi humas untuk instansi tempat dimana dia bekerja.
Oleh karena itu, peran karyawan juga sangat dibutuhkan untuk memberikan info-info aktual, terpercaya, transparan, informatif serta bisa dipertanggung jawabkan bahwa info tersebut adalah valid.
In every agency, company or organization there is always a Public Relations department whose job is to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
However, even though the public relations field has been determined by all agencies, employees cannot be separated from efforts to maintain and establish good communication with stakeholders because employees indirectly become public relations for the agency where they work.
Therefore, the role of employees is also very much needed to provide actual, reliable, transparent, informative information and can be justified that the information is valid.
