Hallo zusammen gestern war ein nicht so aufregender Tag und wir haben auch nicht so viel erlebt. Haben aber einen wichtigen Arzttermin wahrgenommen, weil mein Sohn Schmerzen an der Hacke hätte und wir wissen wollten was das denn wohl sein kann. Wenn man so viel Sport macht fällt es natürlich auch sofort auf wenn man Schmerzen hat und nicht so gut laufen kann. Die Ursache konnten wir nicht feststellen aber die Ärztin hat dann erstmal zwei Tage Ruhe verschrieben und mir einen Krankenschein ausgestellt, sodass ich zwei Tage mit ihm auch zu Hause bleiben kann. Diese Zeit haben wir wunderbar genutzt und das schöne Wetter genossen und viel mit dem Fahrrad gefahren um den Fuß zu schonen.

But we had an important doctor's appointment because my son had pain in his heel and we wanted to know what it could be. If you do so much sports, it is of course immediately noticeable when you have pain and can not walk so well. We couldn't find the cause, but the doctor prescribed two days of rest and gave me a medical certificate so that I could stay at home with him for two days. We used this time wonderfully and enjoyed the beautiful weather and cycled a lot to spare the foot.

Wir sind dann noch Planten und Blomen gefahren weil es doch immer eine Reise und Besuch wert ist. Ich würde fast sagen einer der schönsten Parks Deutschlands.

Aber das schönste was wir heute gesehen haben war dieser - ich weiß gar nicht wie ich das nennen kann - Kleiner Wagen so wie die Italiener mit ihren Autos die nur drei Räder haben zwei hinten eins vorne. Der hat ganz viel Seifenblasen rausgelassen, kann man leider auf dem Foto nicht ganz so gut sehen. Nur das war echt gut, jeder hat hin geschaut und hinten wurde dann halt Umwelt und Sachen eingeblendet also war schon eine tolle Aktion.
