I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.
Today, my routine went as follows.
My #MorningRitual ๐
I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:
- โฐ Waking up early
- ๐ฅ Drinking water (to hydrate my body from a long night sleep)
- ๐คธโโ Exercising for 20 minutes
- ๐ฟ Morning Hygiene Routine
- ๐ถ๐ณ๐ Having a great breakfast
- ๐ Celebrating!
Then I reviewed my #plan for the day and went for it! ๐ค
Daily activity: ๐ช
=> 30 min Exercising in the morning ( #MorningRitual ):
- 5 min. Warmup
- 15 min. Running
- 10 min. exercise routine ( )
