I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more active and productive life.
Today, my routine went as follows.
My #MorningRitual π
I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:
- β° Waking up early
- π₯ Drinking water (to hydrate my body from a long night sleep)
- π€Έββ Exercising for 20 minutes
- πΏ Morning Hygiene Routine
- πΆπ³π Having a great breakfast
- π Celebrating!
Then I reviewed my #plan for the day and went for it! π€
Daily activity: πͺ
=> 30 min Exercising in the morning ( #MorningRitual ):
- 5 min. Warmup
- 15 min. Running
- 10 min. exercise routine ( )

- Journaling π
- Planning the day ahead π

- Meditation routine π§ββοΈ
- Time to sleep EARLY ππ€
Gratitude π
I am #gratefull for... having the strength to chase my goals!
I am #gratefull for... having a home and food on the table!
I am #gratefull for... having the sun shining!
