Sweat, Run, Sweat!

Do you ever have trouble lacking of time and then you realise that your legs’ cellulite is so thick even when you run for 30 minutes you are hardly seeing your legs sweating, while the rest of your entire upper body is melting?

Well that’s what happened to me. And many times I got frustrated with it.

Even with tracksuit, the sweating at the legs are just not as good as upper body.
Until I found out these “sauna sweat pants”

There are 2 types: one is just for the stomach area (which is a lot cheaper); while another one is full length.

This was the one I got

It is a little tight because of the cutting; so of one has “elephant legs” it is better to take a size bigger.

So far, 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the treadmill my thigh area are already perspiring like a unclosed faucet; but the calves’ cellulites are still not really budging. 😑

But hey, any tiny progress is progress!

Just that I got to get used to the sauna heat while running. And I usually take them out as soon as I have decided to cool down to wipe off all the sweat and reduce “wind” getting into my body.

Wait… What? Wind?

In case some do not know about this, let me extract from a reading I found:

Chinese Medicine jargons used – Wind

States of illness are akin to patterns of poor weather in the landscape of our bodies, and are named as such. Often our disharmonious internal climate resembles the current external atmosphere, in which case we might say that we have been impacted by an External Pernicious Influence, such as Wind, Cold, and Dampness. These influences can both designate “cause” of disease, and serve as names for patterns of stress in the body.

The most virulent of the climatic forces that provoke disharmony in the human body is Wind. It, like all the External Pernicious Influences, is seen as both an influence, as well as a manifestation of disease; the “cause” and the effect. Wind is considered the “spearhead of all disease”, for it serves as a vehicle to carry other undesirable Influences into the body; yet, it’s worth noting, that with a shift in perspective, Wind can also be regarded as the spearhead of all growth.

I do hope that with this pair of pants whenever I use it for my workouts it will help in the long run.

So far I haven't really seen a major difference in my measurements but whenever I use it I do have to endure the heat and discomfort just to get those stubborn fat out. 🙃
