Everything feels new during #Thanksgiving day for me in Malaysia 🇲🇾
After 4 days of praying and waiting with the "firewall payer warriors" , on the 5th day, Malaysia found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
HIS wisdom guided the King and the sultanate Council (while battling rumours of possible assassination - apparently) , their decision was final after the King had an audience with most of the won People's Representatives and party.
A man who was jailed for years due to "supposed conspiracy" because he wanted change for the country, and led the opposition party for years further, after 24 years, he was sworn in as the 10th Prime Minister
We continue to keep the country in prayers as this is the first in Malaysia history that a "Unity Government" is forming, cross race, cross religion and cross region.
60 years of subtle racial hate spewing is coming to an end, hopefully, with young generation of all sorts of race (and mix) born and now becoming one of the leaders.
While that is happening for the country, I am once again offered with new learning opportunity.
It has been long that I am quite half deaf by the drums and electric guitar monitors behind me and my leader has offered me to learn how to use "in-ear" hearing while being part of the Sunday Celebration Service team.
With all the main tension in Malaysia is set aside , Christmas season feels the air. Ornaments and costumes are already out, ushering and welcoming the coming of final month.
At least I know joy is feeling the air for these happy folks!
