Another week has passed and to keep being active without able to fork out time for daily hiking due to work can be quite a challenge. Especially when I forgot to bring my phone with me. 😅
But this weekend I get to "run around" a little more due to more errands need done and this has allowed me to push a little further other than just usual laundry.
Especially when there's a new "wonderland" of ingredients it makes the day more colourful 😆
Even with super hot day and traffic around and there's no hilly paths for me to hike / run at ease, I am still happy that urban walkways allowed me to get from A to B with my feet
Seeing the stalls are in the process of reopening is such a comfort that the economy is restarting.
However , even with all the activities pushing forward to stay active, with mindful consumption , there is still a "blockade" . As we age our body are not as easily to disperse whatever access from our body.
And then something clicked and reminded me: am I having enough quality sleep?
Sleep is very crucial for the body to recover and restore, even dispersing "stuck toxins" .
I have realised that due to the hectic change of lifestyle these recent years I am sure my internal organs are unable to function as efficient as before.
