It's another #BeautifulSunday and #SublimeSunday. Thanks to @ace108 and @c0ff33a for these initiatives.
I didn't plan on going out early today because of the weather. In fact, we had no plan of going out but as the morning progressed, it seems there's a chance to go out after all and so we grabbed that opportunity. The sky is keeping the clouds at bay but the threat is imminent.
We had no idea where to take our brunch but finally settled on a new place. Not that new but refurbished and renovated by the new owners.
We were not in the mood for something heavy so we just had coffee, pancakes and burger.
I love the place. It is among the trees and a bit of view of the vista beyond. The trees are beautiful contrast to this espresso.
Here's a different picture this time beside the window glasses.
I saw this tree growing beside the property. My partner said it is magnolia.
After breakfast and resting a bit, we were energized to walk to a mall to check out the last week of trade fair there. We couldn't make it last week where Ifugao Province was featured. This week, it is tje province of Kalinga.
Along the way, I took a shot of these flowers beaming so brightly.
We also passed by this reatreat house.
Walking by the roadside cars are moving at a slow pace. Everywhere is traffic. Tourists, returning students or incoming students, also military personnnel and families and locals are out and about.
Passed by one of the rides on our way to the mall.
This mall is proud of the trees they planted. The question is, how many of those survived?
We entered through the department store to take us to the trade fair area.
It's a sea of colors! That's what Kalinga is all about. We were only there for coffee and chili paste.
I'll be making a separate post about this later.
We then headed home after buying some stuff along the way. It drizzled lightly so we quickly had to go home. It then rained some minutes later and until now it's still raining.
So that's how our Sunday went. How's yours?
