I started the day with an early morning walk and jog. Good thing that I did for I saw an interesting sky.
It started with this with the morning star in the sky.
Then the colors came out as I went on with my walk.
I did some running and after decided to go home.
I have no other plans later that day but a friend asked me to buy for her cream cheese. She apparently saw on the facebook page of the store that they have this particular brand on sale so she asked me if I could buy it for her and she will pay me back. I contemplated whether I should go or not but eventually I did.
Unfortunately, she can't buy it for they are out of town.
I then headed to this store which is most known for its chocolates.
I got there and there was a line outside. I can see that the store is packed that's why they limit the number of people going in. It didn't take long for my turn to go in.
This is my second time to come to this shop. I have been seeing items on their page that they sell in their store. It's really a store for thrifters for the items are sold cheaper than in other stores.
Although I wanted to stay longer and check everything, the paranoia got to me seeing a lot of people in closed space sp I quickly grabbed some things and what my friend wanted me to buy.
I bought three cream cheese for Php350 (around Usd7) each from an original price of Php1000+ (around Usd20). That is a huge discount indeed.
I was hoping they have mixed nuts and glad that they did. This is Php275 (around Usd5). It has banana chips, raisins, almonds, apricots, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips amd brazil nuts. It comes in reasalable pack which is nice.
I also bought brownie chips.
This costs Php95 (around Usd2). It is my first time to buy like this. I am a muncher and I like the crunchy food so this is okay for me.
Lastly, I bought this double spread. It is my first time to try it too. It is on sale at Php101 (around Usd2). I like the mix of white cream and chocolate.
All in all, it was a good try and I like what I bought so far.
The store accepts cash only and a local app. I wish though that they should upgrade their pay system for they still write by hand the items you buy so the queue is long at the counter.
I plan to go back there when there are fewer people so I can take my time checking the items. It is just a small store so it can only accommodate a few people at a time. Kudos to the staff for they are friendly, approachable and helpful.
