Went for a hike on a trail I somehow have lived next to for 2 years but never been to. So today, we decided to check it out.
It was awesome. Insanely quiet and oieceful. Tons of squirrels and chipmunks.
All kinds of wildlife like lizards, snakes, and weird bugs. It ran alongside a river as well. My wife snapped a pic of the weird fungus. Never seen a mushroom or fungus like that.
There were tons of different paths to take, and not a ton of people out. The weather was perfect. Also this giant bug tried to kill me.
Nice day to get out and get some sun. Of course right after we got home it started raining so I guess we had good timing.
