MY ACTIVITY today started with a short bike ride. It was in the upper 60s and sunny this afternoon. Next came some weightlifting - dumbbells and barbells. After a few other exercises I rested and played some Splinterlands.
Tonight I took a long walk with some running and stair climbing. It was down in the 50s but still nice. The fullish moon was directly over my head.
